How to order

Add the products you require to the shopping basket. After you have selected everything you wish to purchase proceed towards the checkout by clicking on 'Check out' at the top of the screen.

Minimum Order

Please note that there is no minimum order value.

Payment details

Accepted payment methods are credit or debit card through PayPal or personal/bankers cheque or postal order or bank transfer. Please note that buyers outside the UK may only pay by credit or debit card.


Postage and packing

 Standard postage is £2.70, but other delivery methods are available. Please select your preferred method at the checkout.  Postage and packing is free on orders totaling £40.00 or more to the UK.

International Customers

We ship orders Worldwide. Orders are sent by International Air Mail. If you would like your order to be sent by International Signed For, then please choose the tracking option during checkout. Payment from international customers is by PayPal or credit/debit card only.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days after receiving the order, but please allow up to 14 working days. Items will be sent 1st class through Royal Mail, as standard. Recorded delivery can be selected at the checkout. This insures your package for up to the value of £33. Please note that this does not give your order priority over others.

Lost Items

We will not be held responsible for lost items.  Once the items have been dispatched, the guarantee of delivery is out of my hands.  This does not apply if the items are recorded delivery or internationall signed for.

Returns

If your goods arrive in a damaged or faulty condition, please email us within 7 days. We will replace or offer a refund for the damaged goods after goods have been returned.

Privacy policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
The information that we ask you to provide when you order is used to be able to send your order to you or to contact you if we have a query with your order. We do not pass your details to anyone else.

Out Of Stock Items

We make every effort to ensure that products listed on our website are in stock or can be dispatched quickly. Should we be out of stock of an item we attempt to show this on the website and remove the function of the 'Add to Basket' button to prevent the item from being ordered. Sometimes we cannot remove an item for sale quick enough and further orders may be received that we cannot fulfil. Should this occur we will contact you with an expected delivery date or to arrange a refund or partial delivery.

Photographs and Descriptions

Every care has been taken to ensure website descriptions and photographs accurately portray the goods and that the prices shown are correct. However representations may vary depending on your specific browser and computer monitor , if you require large quantities or specific shades for colour matching please contact us and we are happy to arrange samples.

The Offensive Weapons Act 1996

Under the Offensive Weapons Act 1996 it is an offence for anyone in the UK under the age of 16 to purchase a knife that could be used to harm others.
